HOW TO ORDER

1. Email to us at anakrusajb@yahoo.com the detail of your order for free quotation. Please state your design / color / wording / size / quantity / any extra accessories. ( YM or SMS also great !! )

2. We will send you an email to confirm the order with the price based on the size & accessories.

3. Once you confirm the order and the design, 50% deposit are needed to proceed the order.

4. Once payment is made, please send us a notification email with your Name, Total Amount Paid, Beneficiary Bank & Mailing Address .

5. Order will take some time since it was a hand made stuff except for ready made frame.

6. Once deposit are paid, please be advice that no returnable while cancellation. Any changes please inform earlier before order proceed.

7. We will send you an email to advice on your shipping schedule & courier charges when the order is ready for shipping.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

We will always send you a confirmation email upon receiving your email order. Once we have received payment, we will advice when your order is being prepared for shipping, along with a final email to let you know that the order has been dispatched.

Please be remind, deposit are not refundable if cancellation made after the confirmation.

Shipping Policy

We will advice you on the shipping charges once we received your email order confirmation. Kindly add the shipping charges to the total order amount when making payment.

Note: We regret to inform that we do not accept self-collection/meet up.

Courier postage will range from:-
- RM6-RM12 for Peninsular Malaysia
- RM8-RM15 for Sabah/Sarawak
